Ordering
Shopping Cart
You can purchase our products on-line using the Add to Cart buttons on the product pages. Once you have filled your shopping cart with the products that you require, click on the View Cart button found at the top of each page. This will then take you through the secure checkout procedure which is handled for us by PayPal Business. For your security, we do not hold any of your payment card details.
Please note that you can pay with a wide range of debit and credit cards, including those shown below — you do not need a PayPal account, but if you have one, you can also pay with that!
All of our products and services are supplied subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions.
Ordering an Upgrade
If an upgrade is available for a product this will usually be shown as Upgrade in the drop-down list next to the Add to Cart button (else contact Sales). You may upgrade from any earlier version using that button. To verify that you are eligible for an upgrade please include your serial number or other details of previous purchase by clicking on the Add special instructions to merchant link on the Review your payment page at the end of the checkout process.
Ordering Products with Purchase Orders
If you cannot purchase our products on-line using our secure payment by credit or debit card, you can order off-line by completing our PDF order form and submitting it to us on-line using the Submit Order button on the form, or by printing and sending it to us. We will then provide our bank details including IBAN and BIC or SWIFT code so that you can pay us direct from your bank account.
Delivery
We offer free electronic delivery as standard for our products. Once an order has been checked and verified it will usually be despatched within one working day†. If you have a query about your order please contact Sales.
† Working days are Monday to Friday each week, except for UK public holidays and 24th December to 1st January inclusive. See Holidays below.
